CM12 OTA for Yureka and Oneplus One rolling out from next week

Cyanogen has announced that it will release CyanogenMod 12 aka CM12 in next week. CM12 OTA will roll out in next week for Yu Yureka and OnePlus One. Cyanogen is now working on final boot-loader for Oneplus one. CM12 OTA will not be available for users having India specific OnePlus One devices. International Oneplus one devices will get the CM12 OTA in next week. CyanogenMod 12 is running on the Android 5.0 Lollipop. Along with the latest CM12 ROM update, Cyanogen added a new feature “Boxer” as the default email app. Sony is rolling out android 5.0 lollipop OTA for xperia series smart phones.

The Cyanogen 12 ROM will be updated on the Yu Yureka phone for Indian users and OnePlus International users due to Cyanogen’s exclusive partnership with Micromax for its Yu brand. According to the latest information the Yu Yureka is all set to get the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update on March 26. According to Cyanogen’s Google+ post for OnePlus One:

Cyanogen’s statement about Yu Yureka:

As we all knows that Google has been released the source for Android 5.1 lollipop few weeks ago. And Google Nexus 5 is receiving OTA updates for the same. Now its huge pressure for Cyanogen to release CM12 OTA. About Android 5.1 Lollipop Cyanogen Says: Furthermore, many of you are aware that Android 5.1 was released to source this week. We are currently evaluating the changes in this newest version and will release this as part of a future CM12 OTA update after the initial ‘L’ update. That’s mean Cyanogen has started to work on Android 5.1 and we will get updates in next few months.
