Huawei is Leaving Android to Develop Huawei Kirin OS
Chinese electronic manufacturer Huawei is planning to move away from Google’s Android operating system. Company is working on own mobile platform named “Huawei Kirin OS”. Company is developing the new Huawei Kirin OS to reduce dependence on Android. It is very interesting because Google has chosen Huawei as the next manufacturer for its Nexus devices. Next Nexus device will be developed by Huawei. The company is working hard to increase its presence in US and European market by producing well-made devices.
According to internal sources Huawei is ready to enter in US market. The company is organizing an event in New York which is scheduled on June 2, 2015. Invites for the event has been sent out. Huawei is also developing a new smartphone which will run the latest Huawei Kirin OS. As per some leaked reports company is working on own chip – Kirin Processor. This processor will take place of Qualcomm Snapdragon. The latest smartphone from Huawei will have Huawei Kirin OS working on Kirin processor. Till date no more information has been provided by the company. Huawei Kirin OS will be available in near future.
Huawei is not the first company who has trying to leave hands of Google’s Android. At present, Samsung is developing its own “Tizen OS”. Few moth ago OnePlus has released Oxygen OS. OnePlus is now working on new Hydrogen OS. Cyanogen is working to build a new version of Android which has no more dependency on Google. OPPO has already running on ColorOS and Xiaomi has its own MIUI OS.
According to earlier reports Huawei is the manufacture of Google’s nest Nexus smartphone. The next Nexus could have features like 5.7” QHD display, a 64bit Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 16MP rear camera. It may be launched along with a metal body.
