Find out in Motorola Moto G4 Plus review. We are ready for Motorola Moto G4 Plus are you? Let’s start!

Motorola Moto G4 Plus Review of Design:

The new Moto G4 Plus retains a lot of the design parameters of its predecessors Moto G3. There are a few minor aesthetic changes, but for the most part, the line of Moto G4 devices features a design that is largely reminiscent of previous Motorola smartphones. The Moto G4 Plus comes with an all plastic build, and despite appearances, the frame is plastic, albeit with a metallic finish. Clearly, it does not provide premium look. On the back panel there is a camera and dual-tone LED flash at the top. The fingerprint sensor is right below them. The device dimensions are 153 x 76.6 x 7.9 mm having 155g weight.

Motorola Moto G4 Plus Review of Display:

The Motorola Moto G4 plus features 5.5-inch full HD IPS LCD display having 1920 x 1080 resolutions. The display density is 401PPI which is standard for 5.5 inch display size. The sharpness and clarity of display is great. The display is quite impressive as well, and features vibrant colors that are not too over saturated with the whites being neither too warm, nor too cool. Text on the display is sharp and clear. The saturation levels appeared well-balanced so it delivers an excellent display. It’s not the best Full HD display on a smartphone out there, but it certainly more than gets the job done.

Motorola Moto G4 Plus Review of Processor:

The Moto G4 Plus features a 64 bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 SoC chip clocked at 1.5 GHz. The processor is powered by the Adreno 405 GPU. There is three RAM and storage options available: 2GB, 3GB and 4GB RAM along with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB internal storage.  The 4GB RAM variant of device is not available in India. The device supports microSD card to extend the storage space up to 256 GB. The Moto G4 Plus features fingerprint sensor that is as fast and accurate as expected. The device delivers superb data connectivity in the LTE network. It comes with WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, WiFi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, GPS, AGPS, Glonass etc. The overall performance of the device is decent.

The Motorola Moto G4 Plus features a 16 MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash. The camera features wide f/2.0 aperture, phase detection auto focus, and a laser auto focus system, along with a 5 MP front-facing shooter.  The camera has no optical image stabilization. The rear camera can record full HD videos @ 1080p resolution. The slow motion mode allows you to capture video at 120 fps to enable playback at four-times slower than real life. The camera app is simpler and easier to use. The most notable change with the camera app is the addition of a manual mode. The 5MP front shooter has 22 mm wide-angle lens, large 1.4 micron pixel size and 88-degree viewing angle for panoramic selfies.

Motorola Moto G4 Plus of Battery and UI:

The Motorola G4 Plus features 3000mAh (Li-polymer) embedded battery. The battery backup is decent but not so impressive. The battery lasts for around 8 hours, 34 minutes in video playback test. The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. The OS is very close to stock Android as you get it in a Nexus smartphone. There is virtually no bloatware to be found on the system. The OS has some extra features like Moto Actions, which lets you do things like turning the flashlight on with a chopping motion, flipping the phone over to silence it when it rings, or launching the camera with a twist of your wrist.

Conclusion of LG G5 Review:

The Motorola G 4 Plus got some excellent upgrades. The Moto G4 Plus features 5.5” HD Display, 16MP Camera with 3GB RAM. But the processor should be at least Snapdragon 801 at this price range. The device is overpriced according to its features. The Display quality can be improved.  The device has sleek design and batter camera at affordable price but does not give premium feel in hands. Overall the Moto G4 Plus is a good device.
